Head of Paraplanning - London

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an exceptional Head of Paraplanning to join their team based in London. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing the paraplanning function, ensuring the highest quality of work, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage workflow capacity and allocate tasks to team members
  2. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  3. Liaise with the Business Assurance team to embed regulatory standards
  4. Drive process improvements and contribute to a continuous improvement culture
  5. Meet Quality of Documentation targets and other Key Performance Indicators

Requirements:

  1. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
  2. In-depth knowledge of Paraplanning processes
  3. Understanding of Paraplanning at SJP
  4. Knowledge of SJP Business Assurance standards

Desirable Skills:

  1. Attention to detail
  2. Planning and organisation
  3. Open communication
  4. Coaching and leadership
  5. Initiative

Experience:

  1. Paraplanning ideally within SJP
  2. Leading and developing a team
  3. Managing a workflow – delegating workload, monitoring progress, analysing performance
  4. Working in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
