Paraplanning Function Manager

We are currently recruiting for a highly regarded National IFA business who have a need for someone to head up their Paraplanning function. The firm have a number of offices throughout the UK and you will be responsible for all the Paraplanning staff in those locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the Paraplanning team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Design and implement a standardised Paraplanning process to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Recruit and select high-calibre Paraplanning staff to join the team.
  • Develop and implement a training programme to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Paraplanning team.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 diploma qualified in Paraplanning or a related field.
  • Chartered or IMC qualified.
  • Proven experience in managing Paraplanning teams and processes.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of Paraplanning software and systems.
