**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Paraplanning function at Blakemore Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Paraplanning staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and lead a team of Paraplanning professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement effective Paraplanning processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Paraplanning staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Paraplanning function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in managing Paraplanning teams and developing effective processes and procedures.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Paraplanning and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Chartered or IMC qualified, with a Level 4 Diploma in Paraplanning.
