Paraplanning Function Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanning Function Lead to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Paraplanning function and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of paraplanners to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Develop and implement effective paraplanning processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop paraplanning staff to meet business needs
  • Monitor and improve paraplanning performance and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Level 4 diploma in paraplanning or a related field
  • Chartered or IMC status
  • Proven experience in managing paraplanning teams and processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
