Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to join our team at Jimmy Choo. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our product strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Support the analysis of weekly sales data for all shoe categories, identifying best sellers, sales trends, and opportunities for growth.
    • Develop and maintain product architecture documentation, including functionality, client end use, and price positioning.
  • Trade Meetings and Product Launch
    • Support the Merchandising Manager in preparing for trade meetings and product launches.
    • Coordinate with product teams to ensure alignment and timely receipt of first sets of samples.
  • Collection Management
    • Support the analysis of relevant competition in terms of prices, offers, and collection structure.
    • Monitor sample shipments between showrooms and ensure timely receipt of samples.
  • Administrative Support
    • Support the set up and maintenance of the collection in our internal system (PLM).
    • Coordinate the set up and maintenance of the collection overview and other internal systems used during the sales campaign.
Requirements
  • Education and Skills
    • Graduate calibre (or equivalent)
    • Excel skills and product management software skills
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Experience in working for a fashion brand
    • Excellent communication skills, detail-conscious, problem solver, planner, organized thinker able to work under pressure, deadline, and delivery driven
