We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our Pharmacy team as a Deputy Apprenticeship Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized professional to support the implementation of planned organizational changes in our Dispensary.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with Dispensary Managers to facilitate the implementation of organizational changes
- Support the development and implementation of training programs for dispensary staff
- Assist in the management of dispensary activities, including repeat dispensing and over-labeling of medicines
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality patient care
- Minimum three years of leadership/management experience in a hospital dispensary environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- High level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Completion of a Leadership and Management: Team Leader Level 3 apprenticeship program
- Registration as a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council with mandatory CPD requirements
