As a Duty Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional pharmacy services to our customers. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and private services to customers
- Provide healthcare advice and support to customers, including those with complex health needs
- Lead and develop a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality pharmacy services
- Build relationships with primary care networks and GPs' surgeries to improve health outcomes for our customers
- Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items and maintain accurate records
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and willing to undergo a DBS check
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
