About the Role

As a Duty Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional pharmacy services to our customers. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other store operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize pharmacy services.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards.
