About the Role

We are seeking passionate and proactive casual support workers to join our team at Beaulieu House, a children's home and short breaks service for children with disabilities located on the Isle of Wight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children with complex medical needs and behaviours that challenge to achieve their full potential.
  • Work on your own initiative as well as part of a wider team to provide a safe and supportive environment for children.
  • Use a range of communication tools to support children with communication difficulties.

Requirements

  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential for the role.
