You will be part of the EPOS Bureau, a division of ClearCourse Retail and Hospitality. Our division delivers tailored software solutions for both in-store and online commerce, including EPOS systems, e-commerce platforms, vouchering, and data validation services, all integrated with our proprietary payment solution, ClearAccept.

This position encompasses two main responsibilities. First, you will facilitate communication among the finance department, clients, support teams, and the workshop.

Secondly, as a well-organized individual with a background in software solution installation, you will oversee system setup, customer training, and ongoing support. This role necessitates travel to client locations.

A typical day in this role may include:

  • Coordinating timely delivery of hardware
  • Managing stock control and tracking inventory
  • Composing emails and generating reports
  • Completing purchase order requisition forms
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Performing other duties as required and appropriate for the role
  • Working independently
  • Assisting in the configuration of new hardware
  • Updating handover documents for accuracy
  • Providing technical support to the Helpdesk Team

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP
  • Ability to adapt to client standard operating procedures
  • Self-confidence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with software and hardware
  • Problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
  • A valid driving license

This is a full-time position, requiring a balance of time spent in our office and at client sites. Flexibility is essential, as travel may be necessary depending on project demands.
