Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking a skilled Airfreight Operations Clerk to join their team in Hounslow. As an airfreight operations specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality outcomes and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage agents and customers directly, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Liaise with customers to provide solutions for highly regulated shipments, utilizing expertise in Air, Road & Sea transportation.
• Make export airline bookings with airlines, track shipments, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Process customer invoicing and creditor invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accurate financial management.
• Assist with packing, documentation, driving, warehousing, and other tasks as required.
• Handle and lift packages up to 30kg, demonstrating physical ability and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of airfreight operations with a freight forwarder, with a strong understanding of regulations and procedures.
• DG accredited or equivalent experience is advantageous, demonstrating expertise in handling hazardous materials.
• Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and other relevant software.
