About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Professional to join our Supported Living team at Farlie Close. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, nurturing, and independent living environment for adults with learning disabilities and other additional needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized support with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication administration, and mealtimes.
- Encouraging social engagement and participation in community activities.
- Promoting independence and enhancing the skills and confidence of individuals under your care.
- Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Shifts: 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am with alternate weekends.
