About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Greaves Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Travel within the UK to meet with clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentation materials and pitches
  • Provide detailed sales forecasting and activity reports to the Leadership team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good commercial understanding and analytical skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000pa, plus a good commission structure, with an OTE of £70k. If you are a driven and ambitious individual looking for a new challenge, please contact us on a confidential basis.
