Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating staff within the care package.
  • Maintaining ongoing accountability for setting and monitoring care standards and quality for service users.
  • Ensuring meticulous record-keeping in compliance with national legislation and local standards, facilitating effective communication with other professionals.
  • Managing a caseload of complex clients and overseeing their care packages from both clinical and holistic perspectives.
  • Developing, reviewing, and implementing care plans and risk assessments in accordance with best practice guidelines.
  • Supporting the development of non-qualified staff to enhance their skills in providing care.
