Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage care staff within the assigned care packages.
- Maintain continuous responsibility for setting and monitoring care standards and quality.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping in line with regulatory requirements and local standards, facilitating effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage a caseload of complex clients, addressing their clinical and holistic care needs.
- Develop, review, and implement individualized care plans and risk assessments in accordance with best practices and regulatory guidelines, while also mentoring non-qualified staff.
