Key Details:

  • Location: Merseyside
  • Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
  • Salary: Up to £38,000 based on experience, plus bonus opportunities

Candidate Profile:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to clients.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in community care settings.
  • A solid understanding of the health and social care landscape, with a focus on person-centred care.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage care staff within the assigned care package.
  • Maintain ongoing responsibility for establishing and monitoring care standards and quality.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping in compliance with NMC, national legislation, and local standards, facilitating effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manage a caseload of complex clients, addressing their care needs both clinically and holistically.
  • Develop, review, and implement care plans and risk assessments in accordance with CQC regulations and best practices, while mentoring non-qualified staff.
