Job Summary:

Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to join a successful and market-leading FMCG brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or FMCG and be able to implement and execute strategic operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Business Process Improvement: Manage, create, and launch Business Process Maps and SOPs to drive process improvement.
  • Compliance and Governance: Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist the Board of Directors in developing and preparing the strategy and general business planning for growth strategy and the organization as a whole.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present monthly analysis and reports on operations and sales initiatives.
  • Project Management: Establish project plans, tasks, resources, and ownership to ensure timely completion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Utilize agreed systems to manage region's functions, analysis, and documentation.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work with the Operations Leadership Team to establish projects that support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or FMCG.
  • Highly organized and motivated.
  • Able to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - able to motivate others and build effective relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.

Package Details:

  • Office-based.
  • Salary: £65-£75 DOE.
  • 28 days AL.
  • Company Pension (Employer 5%, Employee 3%).
  • Onsite parking.
