We are a leading provider of Salesforce solutions to Blue Chip and FTSE 100 clients, seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Lead Salesforce Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and translate client business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, utilizing a methodical approach and excellent documentation skills.
  • Ensure project delivery meets client expectations, on time and within budget.
  • Lead and manage a team of Salesforce delivery professionals, including Business Analysts and Developers.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team, promoting a culture of open communication, task management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that are architecturally sound, well-designed, technically fitting, and meet quality standards.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Hold a Certified Admin, App Builder, or Platform Developer certification, with Consultant certification being an advantage (Sales, Service, Community, etc.).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce project delivery, including complex implementations across declarative and custom Salesforce platform configurations.
  • Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems.
  • Experience in Salesforce Data Migration.
