**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring a high standard of food hygiene and presentation.
- Provide support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Engage with residents through activities, games, and conversations, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- Previous experience working with elderly people, preferably in a care or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
