Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Pinewood Residential Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring a high standard of food hygiene and presentation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and services, responding to resident needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- Food hygiene level 2 or willingness to work towards this qualification.
- Experience working with elderly people, with a focus on patience, kindness, and teamwork.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
