Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our Community Heart Failure Team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including making and amending appointments, answering general questions, and taking messages.
  • Assist in arranging clinics and other duties as required.
  • Manage referrals, input and record information onto our electronic patient record system, and photocopy and collate assessment packs and patient information.
  • Support the collection of service performance data and provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Experience of using NHS patient records and data systems.
  • Evidence of relevant secretarial or IT training.
  • Evidence of customer service prior experience.
  • Previous NHS experience in a similar role.
  • Evidence of good literacy and communication skills.
