About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team at Innovate Healthcare Services. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and leading change initiatives across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change Management: Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or organizational development.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of change management principles, processes, and tools, as well as project management methodologies.
