Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team at Innovate Healthcare Services. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving change and delivering project outcomes across our Trusts, Primary Care, and Innovate stakeholders.
Main Duties of the JobAs a Change Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and organising complex activities, including influencing and adjusting plans to align project and operational wider plans and strategies.
- Implementing new ways of working, facilitating collaborative working and capacity planning.
- Developing and delivering relevant impact assessments, plans, processes, and materials to enable the change business readiness assessment, change sustainability plans, new processes, benefits realisation plans, and tracking.
- Supporting the implementation of Change plans and monitoring progress of plans against success criteria, and maintaining alignment to business case as relevant.
- Managing stakeholder engagement and communications in terms of change management, setting up advocacy, and mobilising change agents or champions as required.
- Leading stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives and identifying and helping to address any resistance.
- Ensuring patient care is considered within change management plans/activity and that the patient perspective is a key driver in continuous improvement.
- Reporting on delivery of Change Workstreams, project change activities, and BAU initiatives as required.
- Influencing and designing services relating to patient care and patient/work flows, including administrative and operational workflows which have a direct impact on provision of services.
- Acting as an effective change agent in the delivery of change workstreams and activities.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education to degree level or equivalent experience delivering major change programmes.
- Relevant change management qualification, such as Change Management Institute ACMF (Accredited Change Manager Foundation), and equivalent experience.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Proven track record of delivering major change programmes effectively.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Good understanding and demonstrable knowledge of benefit management and change role within it.
- Works well under pressure and with complexity and ambiguity and can flex to changes in business focus.
- Able to define problems and evaluate new concepts and ideas and identify recommendations and solutions.
- Experience in stakeholder management on complex/sensitive programmes and has credibility and impact with peers and leaders; and able to influence and gain buy-in to enable change to happen through others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to convey complex information (including presentations) and develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts.
- Able to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Able to identify both the overt and covert culture of the organisation and its influence on the change.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, and a high awareness of project and programme context and discipline.
- Fully competent at planning, risk management, and dependency-management.
- Experience of managing, implementing, facilitating, and monitoring change initiatives.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations: Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
- Forward-looking with a holistic approach.
- Strong analytical skills with experience of assessing the impact of change by conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of computer systems and digital transformation; ideally includes hospital digital systems.
- Independent means of transport for frequent travel to Innovate and customer sites.
- Able to work a variety of working patterns.
- Able to work both onsite and remotely.
