ROLE OVERVIEW:
In this pivotal role, reporting to our Global Director of Enhancements, you will assist school leadership teams by providing data-driven solutions for staffing and scheduling each academic year.
This remote position requires adaptability as our organization continues to grow. You will play a vital role in responding to the changing demands of the business, with occasional travel to support schools directly.
KEY DUTIES:
- Maintain up-to-date staffing grids for assigned schools, facilitating new school integrations
- Support the Global Director in the approval process for Academic Specialists, Teaching Assistants, Non-Teaching, and Boarding staff across global schools
- Collaborate with School Heads to ensure effective implementation of staffing grids
- Provide regular updates to the Global Director
- Assist in the onboarding process for new schools in partnership with Regional Directors
- Work collaboratively with team members on staffing grid management
- Ensure the accuracy of data for the Inspired Global Tracker
- Offer scheduling support to schools as required
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
- A background in data analysis with a strong interest in data acquisition and interpretation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience within the education sector, ideally in scheduling
- Familiarity with Google Sheets
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Excellent communication skills in English
