Key Responsibilities- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for both B2C and B2B markets, focusing on customer segmentation, pricing, and promotional tactics. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate initiative effectiveness.
- Thought Leadership & Market Positioning: Lead the development of thought leadership initiatives in the education sector, including research studies, white papers, and opinion pieces. Establish yourself as a thought leader by staying informed on market trends, engaging with key influencers, and representing Twinkl at industry events.
- Content Development & Innovation: Collaborate with content teams and country managers to enhance and innovate Twinkl's educational offerings. Guide the creation of new products tailored to your area and other key segments. Ensure content quality and relevance through continuous feedback from educators and market analysis.
- Market Expansion & Customer Engagement: Identify and penetrate key markets by working with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and drive sales. Foster strong customer relationships and implement strategies to enhance user satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role within primary schools or trusts.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies to improve educational outcomes, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence, preferably in the EdTech sector with a B2C focus.
