Head of Sales Leadership

Reporting to our Executive team, you will take ownership of the sales and marketing team, with a focus on winning new business within our target markets. The team also manages relationships with our highly valued recurring revenue clients, selling them technical solutions to help them achieve business success and increasing our managed IT services footprint.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth in the IT services industry
- Strong understanding of the IT services market and trends
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
