Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses to work with our NHS clients across South West London. As an Agency RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in acute inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients with mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote patient recovery
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Valid Right to Work Documentation
  • Current registration with the NMC
  • Experience working in acute inpatient settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
