We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team on Svanna Ward, a 12-bed PICU service for women. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills across specialties and work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to service users.
Key Responsibilities- Develop therapeutic relationships with service users and carers to motivate and influence their drive for recovery.
- Collaborate with others to ensure the delivery of safe and clinically effective care.
- Apply skilled and meaningful interventions based on assessed needs.
- Maintain contemporaneous records and care plans for service users.
