ROLE OF CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST:

  • In this role, you will spearhead and execute a range of Cloud and Infrastructure initiatives for our clients.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, including pre-sales support and post-implementation services
  • Implement and maintain technologies such as Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, IT security, and basic networking
  • Ensure timely delivery and installation of projects
  • Provide advanced technical support as required
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare technical documentation
  • Lead various ongoing projects as necessary

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST:

  • Prior experience in the IT solutions or Managed Service Provider (MSP) sector
  • A valid UK driving license is mandatory
  • Practical experience in the implementation and high-level support of solutions and projects
  • Proficiency in migration, synchronization, replication, and deployment processes
  • Strong capabilities in supporting and managing Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 services
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 PC, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows Virtual Desktop deployment and administration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft EM&S, Intune, and related infrastructure deployment and administration
