About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Reliability Engineer to join our team at Ampa - Legal & Professional Services. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in maintaining, supporting, and monitoring our existing infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, data, and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in and support various IT systems and associated projects, ensuring stability and compliance to technology standards.
  • Perform maintenance, including installation of patches and upgrades, with an understanding of the production environment and continuous availability targets.
  • Monitor systems availability, performance, capacity, and trend against baseline metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including user groups, technical IT consultants, and project managers, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents and policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate, and adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in system administration, cloud computing, and infrastructure support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, virtualization, cloud technologies, networking, and storage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to quickly arbitrate, prioritize, and filter change/deployment issues to identify solutions.
  • Experience with ITIL best practices and a strong understanding of IT service management principles.
