About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Owen Daniels Consultancy. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and overseeing the company's cutting-edge IT Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support, install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, and Cisco Switches and Routers.
  • Patch management, software management, and automation using SCCM.
  • Implement, design, support, and maintain the infrastructure for office applications and services across on-premises and cloud environments.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Servers, including expertise in PowerShell.
  • Excellent knowledge of Network and Security protocols (CCNA a bonus), VM-Ware, Linux, Office 365, and SQL.
  • Proven experience of working as a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer.
  • SharePoint online intranet and understanding of administration.
  • PowerShell Scripting.
  • Good knowledge of Security and Networks (routing, switching, VPN, TCP/IP, firewalls, etc).
