About the Role

This is a technical role that focuses on building strong relationships with customers to upsell and provide value-added services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multiple technologies and be able to provide technical guidance and support to account and service management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and provide technical guidance and advice on IT infrastructure and cloud services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and providing value-added services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and cloud services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
