Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Discrepancy Processing Clerk to join our team at Post Office. As a key member of our Supply Chain, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Discrepancy Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Collating data from various business systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing discrepancy notifications to branches and managing CCTV requests from Postmasters.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to Postmasters, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Producing management information reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaising with the wider Post Office Supply Chain to achieve satisfactory outcomes for branch queries.
