Job Title: Senior CRM Product Lead

About the Role:

EC1 Partners Ltd is seeking a seasoned Senior CRM Product Lead to spearhead the development of our CRM platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap for CRM innovation, building out the capabilities of our CRM/Salesforce offering, and establishing future functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for CRM innovation, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build out the capabilities of our CRM/Salesforce offering, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and technical teams, to gather feedback and drive product development.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor offerings, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical product management role, preferably in CRM solutions.
  • Proven track record of building user experiences and products that customers love, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Strong technical intuition and ability to discuss technology with engineers and architects, as well as user flow with UX strategists.
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus, but not essential.
  • Previous experience in Wealth Management/Retail Banking is highly desirable.
