Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Repair Planner to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our Property Services team, you will be responsible for scheduling and planning repairs, voids, and complex works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and plan repairs, voids, and complex works to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with direct operatives, subcontractors, and residents to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Prioritize and sequence maintenance tasks to meet business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Ensure works-in-progress jobs are within target and appointed where practicable to maintain high levels of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in social housing and repair and maintenance, with a strong understanding of building maintenance principles.
  • Basic building maintenance knowledge to effectively plan and schedule repairs.
  • Strong written English and computer skills to communicate effectively and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Good project management and communication skills to lead and coordinate teams.
  • Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
