We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Netbox Recruitment Limited. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the sales and finance functions, focusing on receiving and processing customer orders and managing the entire process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders, adding them to the system
- Provide quotations and resolve any order queries
- Pricing of orders ready for invoicing
- Adding all E-commerce orders to the system
- Arranging couriers for E-commerce deliveries
- Updating the Cashbooks
- Purchase Ledger duties including invoice register, coding and matching, statement checking and managing of accounts inbox
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-focused role
- Computer literate including knowledge of sales order systems
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Confident to work on their own and take the initiative to solve problems
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable
