Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work with numbers and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in Group Risk (Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance, and Critical Illness) or a background in Healthcare.
  • Insurance-related experience.
  • Industry-recognized qualifications.
