Employee Benefits Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team at Mercer. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of group risk and healthcare clients, providing expert advice and recommendations to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing health and risk client portfolio, securing new clients to generate profitable income.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing effective relationships and delivering high-quality service.
- Provide accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results, and recommendations.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout.
- Promote and deliver high-quality service and advice, updating and maintaining records on core systems.
Requirements:
- GR1 and/or IF7 qualified with experience in group risk and/or healthcare insurance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- A desire to provide exceptional customer service.
