Customer Service Associate (8 hours) - Crawley, West Sussex (Leisure)

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate in our Leisure division on a Part-Time, Permanent basis, working 8 hours a week, every Saturday.

Compensation up to £11.44 per hour.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Associate, you will greet customers at the centre and assist with inquiries regarding a diverse range of indoor product offerings. You will strive to exceed expectations to boost sales and meet departmental objectives while ensuring product quality, presentation, and stock levels adhere to inventory management protocols. This position may involve some heavy lifting and can be physically demanding.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Processing Point of Sale transactions
  • Pricing merchandise and managing sales orders
  • Restocking inventory
  • Visual merchandising and display setup
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization

Candidate Profile

This position is ideal for a self-driven, enthusiastic, and diligent individual with exceptional customer service abilities and a desire to grow. Working within the Leisure Division, you will provide excellent service and share information about our extensive product range. Previous experience in retail is advantageous.
