**About the Role**

We're looking for a highly skilled researcher to support our research in collecting, analyzing, and publishing insights on best practices for people development and team effectiveness. You'll work closely with our head of research to achieve our research roadmap goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collect and analyze data on leadership and team effectiveness models
* Develop and implement research methodologies to measure leadership potential
* Apply AI to Learning and Development to drive business growth
* Collaborate with our research team to publish research findings

**Requirements**

* PhD or Post-Doc in Organizational Psychology or a related field
* Proven experience in complex data analysis, including multi-level regression and CFA
* Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis
* Excellent academic writing and communication skills
* Ability to manage time and achieve goals in a remote team
* Commitment to deadlines and a passion for people development

**Nice to Have**

* Non-academic writing experience
* Familiarity with AI and software technology to increase productivity
