Senior Researcher in Organizational Psychology

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher in Organizational Psychology to join our team at Human Edge. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and publishing insights on best practices for people development and team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement research studies to investigate organizational psychology topics
  • Analyze complex data using statistical methods such as multi-level regression and MANCOVA
  • Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis software, including R and Python
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into business decisions
  • Communicate research results through academic writing and presentations

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier academic journals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI and software technology to increase productivity
  • Non-academic writing experience, such as business case studies
