Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Business Support team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Delegate tasks effectively across the team to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and optimize Business Support processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee facilities and office management to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Manage associate onboarding and administration to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
- Proactively manage and maintain business infrastructure, including telecoms, to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate and manage external support specialists and advisors to provide expert guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, Cyber Security, and health and safety regulations across the business.
- Undertake induction and new starter requirements, including paperwork and administration.
- Support the creation, development, and maintenance of professional proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Provide support for project and online portal submissions.
- Coordinate company events and conferences to promote team building and collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the offsite team, handling internal calls, assessing priorities, and re-directing enquiries and requests as necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an office management or business support lead role.
- Excellent team leadership and people management skills.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Personable and able to work well in a small team, with a focus on building relationships.
- An eye for design style and high-quality delivery.
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage personal workload.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Competence in booking flights and accommodation.
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers.
- Extended annual leave entitlement (33 days, including public bank holidays).
- Private medical insurance.

- Full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
