Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Band 5 - Business Support Manager to oversee business support operations within the Specialist Children's Services division. This role will involve managing support staff across multiple locations, including CAMHS and Specialist Community Paediatrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain administrative services and systems to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
  • Ensure the service is accessible, efficient, and focused on patient-centered care.
  • Support senior management with operational tasks and strategic initiatives.
  • Engage with staff to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess extensive administrative experience and demonstrate flexibility in managing diverse workloads. Project management experience and advanced IT skills are essential.

Work Environment: The role offers flexible hours tailored to meet service needs. A solid understanding of NHS systems and organizational structure is required.
