Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Band 5 - Specialist Manager for Business Support within the Specialist Children's Services sector. This role is pivotal in overseeing business support personnel across various locations, including CAMHS and Specialist Community Paediatrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design, execution, and upkeep of administrative services and systems to guarantee the effective delivery of patient care.
  • Ensure that services are accessible, efficient, and focused on patient-centered care.
  • Manage a diverse workload while maintaining flexibility and composure under pressure.
  • Support senior management within the Specialist Children's Services.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess extensive administrative experience, demonstrating the ability to motivate and engage team members. A background in project management and advanced IT skills are essential.
