About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in children and young people's services to lead our Specialist Children Services team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving integration with universal services to ensure a continuum of care is maintained and developed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of our neurodevelopmental pathway
  • Support the network of Specialist Community Paediatric Teams and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Contribute to the development of our children and young people's services strategy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Professional qualification in a health disciplineMaster's qualification or extensive experience in managementProven ability to engage with services at all levels and remain calm in highly contentious situations
