Job Title: Application and Support Engineer

Job Summary:

Fruition IT is seeking an experienced Application and Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Application Support team, you will provide 3rd line support across a portfolio of applications, taking ownership of incident and problem resolution, as well as providing maintenance and quality improvements to the application suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of incidents, problems, and requests, determining appropriate actions.
  • Use ServiceNow for incident, change, and problem management.
  • Progress support requests, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Develop hardware/software installation plans and follow specifications.
  • Drive continual improvement, sharing insights to enhance team performance and maturity.
  • Provide strong levels of customer service within IT Support.
  • Desirable knowledge of Windows Server and SQL.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in SQL, CRM (ideally InterAction+ or a legal specific CRM), Jira, and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
