We provide 24/7 support to adults with learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions, and mental health challenges. Our focus is on empowering individuals to achieve their goals, build self-esteem, and live as independently as possible.

About the Role:
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities.
  • Engage in meaningful activities and hobbies with residents, fostering a positive and stimulating environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the well-being and safety of all residents.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding when interacting with individuals who may present challenging behaviors.
Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for reliable, friendly, and caring individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Experience working with adults with disabilities is preferred but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
