About the Role:

  • Extract valuable insights from data and present them clearly to clients
  • Effectively leverage data to inform our outputs and drive business growth
  • Implement and manage clients' analytics accounts, including properties, user management, dashboards, and reporting
  • Be the trusted source of data-driven insights
  • Analyse data from multiple sources using advanced data analytics tools
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless approach between departments
  • Develop and maintain data visualisation tools, including dashboards, reports, and visualisations
  • Identify and troubleshoot tracking issues, discrepancies, and data inconsistencies
  • Provide actionable insights to inform client strategies
  • Be the go-to expert for data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and maintain campaign tracking and KPIs frameworks
  • Support our new business pitches with data-driven insights

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in data analysis
  • Advanced data analysis skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • GA4: Advanced level
  • Google Tag Manager: Advanced level

It would be beneficial if you also had experience with:

  • Looker Studio
