We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Director to lead our Travel Operations department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability in the Travel Operations department.
- Lead a team of operations managers and staff to ensure seamless delivery of customer services and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and enhancing customer experience.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to drive business outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the business, ensuring a robust business continuity plan is in place.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in an operational management role or equivalent management experience in support departments.
- Experience in a contact centre department (preferably service/operations).
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
