Position Overview

Job Title - Senior Critical Care Practitioner

Hours - Full-time or part-time options available

Contract Type - 12-month Fixed Term

Salary - £43,742 - £50,056 Per Annum Pro rata

Role Summary

This role may close early due to a high volume of applications.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team, where your passion and expertise will contribute to making a significant impact in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the critical care team.
  • Conducting thorough and systematic nursing assessments of patients as necessary.
  • Delivering exceptional care based on best practices to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the health and well-being of patients under care.
  • Managing clinical shifts within the outreach service, assessing and addressing the needs of patients at risk of deterioration.
  • Collaborating with nursing and medical staff to review patients at ward level and respond to support requests.
